An Executor is the individual you appoint for winding up your estate after you pass on. It is important that the person you appoint as Executor in your Will is capable of managing your estate and making decisions that arise during this process.

You may be in a position where you have no family member or individual that you wish to have appointed as Executor OR that you need to have an Executor that is independent with respect to your estate. We can fill that role as your Executor.

We can also act as Administrator of your estate in the event that you have been appointed Executor of the Will, but do not wish to act as Executor.
